Electrolytic copper
Thick copper (99% copper) is made into thick plate as anode, pure copper is made of thin sheet as cathode, and the mixture of sulphuric acid (H2SO4) and copper sulfate (CuSO4) is used as electrolyte. After electricity, copper is dissolved into copper ions (Cu) from the anode to the cathode, and the electrons are obtained and the pure copper (also called electrolytic copper) is precipitated at the cathode. Impurities in coarse copper, such as copper and zinc, are dissolved into ions along with copper (Zn and Fe). Because these ions are not easily precipitated with copper ions, these ions can be avoided on the cathode as long as the potential difference is properly regulated. Impurities such as gold and silver, which are less active than copper, are deposited at the bottom of the electrolyzer. The copper plate produced in this way, called "electrolytic copper", is of high quality and can be used to make electrical products.

Electrolytic nickel

Electrolytic nickel is made of electrolysis (electrolysis in a nickel sulfate solution). The enriched sulfide ore was roasted into oxide, reduced to coarse nickel by carbon, and then pure nickel by electrolysis. Nickel is used as a catalyst for hydrogenation in the chemical industry.
Electroplating nickel is the process of deposition of ions by directional migration of ions under the action of electric field. It has good electrical conductivity, and the color is black and gray. In addition to the main components such as the main salt, the plating bath also adds various additives and additives. The main purpose is to make the coating smooth, smooth, refine and crystallize, prevent pinholes and promote cathodic polarization. Electrolytic nickel is mainly used for atomic energy industry, alkaline storage battery, electrical alloy, high temperature and high strength alloy, catalyst and powder metallurgy additive metallurgy, diamond tool, non ferrous alloy, and hydrogenation catalyst for chemical reaction. Packaging using vacuum bag, external drum.

Aluminum plate

It is also called aluminum plated steel plate. It is also called the aluminum plate or the hot dipped aluminum plate.

The aluminum plated steel plate is a steel plate of Al Si alloy coating, of which the content of aluminum is 90%, and the silicon is 10%.

The aluminum plated steel plate has good heat resistance, heat reflection and corrosion resistance, and its mechanical and physical properties are better than that of cold rolled steel plate.

Because of the excellent performance of the aluminum plated steel plate, it has been widely used in our daily necessities. Such as automobile muffler, household electric appliance and so on.
